Your career path could surprise even you, there's so much variety.

This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.

In this role, you'll:

Be the practical, site-focused link between project delivery teams, contractors and technical specialists. You’ll take a hands-on role supervising the delivery of operational technology and infrastructure works, ensuring installations are safe, high quality, constructible and delivered in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
Working across complex infrastructure sites, you’ll oversee contractor activities, coordinate trades and site interfaces, review installation quality and progress, and help resolve technical and constructability issues in the field. You’ll also support site inspections, testing and commissioning, defect resolution and asset handover across systems including CCTV, flood warning, driver warning and other operational technology infrastructure.

For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.

About you

You’re an experienced site supervisor with a strong trade or technical background and significant hands-on experience delivering infrastructure works. You understand how work is actually built and installed in the field and can confidently supervise contractors, coordinate trades and recognise when installation quality, methodology or site conditions need attention.
You’re able to interpret drawings, specifications and technical information and translate them into practical site outcomes. You have strong safety awareness, sound judgement and clear communication skills, and you’re comfortable working with project managers, engineers, technical specialists and construction crews to resolve issues and keep work moving.
An electrical trade background is preferred, particularly where you have worked with electrical infrastructure, communications, control systems, ITS, CCTV, operational technology or similar multidisciplinary systems
