Senior Project Planner - Remote

🚀We’re Hiring: Senior Project Planner

Green Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Planner to join our team.

Work Mode: Online

Department: PMO / Project Management

This role is ideal for a planning professional with strong experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, executive reporting, risk tracking, and coordination across multiple project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project

• Monitor project progress against approved baselines and weekly plans

• Identify delays, risks, and deviations related to time, cost, and quality

• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reports covering progress, risks, pending decisions, and required actions

• Follow up on corrective action plans with project managers until closure

• Support delay analysis, EOT assessments, and claims when required

• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, finance, design, and other stakeholders

• Maintain dashboards, risk logs, delay trackers, and pending decision records

• Convert complex project data into clear KPIs and executive summaries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field

• 5–8 years of experience in planning, project control, or scheduling

• Strong experience in contracting, real estate development, design & build, fit-out, or landscaping projects

• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project

• Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data analysis

• Good understanding of time, cost, quality, risk, procurement, and project progress cycles

• Fluent Arabic and professional English communication skills

• Ability to conduct site visits in Riyadh when required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in villas, residential compounds, fit-out, landscaping, or mixed-use projects

• Knowledge of cost control, cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and EVM

• Experience in delay analysis, claims, and EOT support

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Primavera P6 certification is a plus

• Familiarity with dashboards, Odoo, Power BI, or similar project tracking tools
