(Senior) Projekt Sachbearbeitung (f/m/d) Pensum: 100% Gestalte mit uns die Zukunft der Energieinfrastruktur. In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du internationale Projekte im Bereich Batteriespeicher und Netzanschlüsse mit Struktur, Organisationstalent und einem Blick fürs Detail. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten Du verantwortest die zentrale Projekt-Dokumentenablage inklusive Struktur, Versionskontrolle und Qualitätsprüfung. Du stellst sicher, dass Verträge, technische Spezifikationen, Prüfberichte und Abnahmeunterlagen vollständig und aktuell sind. Du erstellst und koordinierst Protokolle, Aktionslisten sowie standardisierte Vorlagen für Projekt- und Übergabeprozesse. Du unterstützt Projektmanagerinnen und Projektmanager bei Reporting, Meetings, Registern sowie administrativen Abläufen. Du koordinierst Dokumenten- und Prozessschnittstellen mit internen Teams, Lieferanten, Behörden und Netzbetreibern. Du wirkst bei Digitalisierungs- und Standardisierungsprojekten rund um Dokumentenflüsse und Projekttools mit. Profil & Anforderungen Du hast eine technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe höhere Fachschule oder vergleichbare Erfahrung. Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen den Überblick. Du bringst Erfahrung im Dokumentenmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Office-Tools und idealerweise SharePoint, Teams, Confluence oder Jira mit. Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis, beispielsweise im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen oder Prüfprotokollen. Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung in Infrastruktur-, Energie- oder Industrieprojekten sowie im internationalen Umfeld. Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
