• Strong track record in Dubai real estate or luxury property sales
• Demonstrated experience closing property transactions
• Experience in off-plan, secondary market or both
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation, investor relationship and client management skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team performance
