Role Description

The Senior Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring they are well-managed, profitable, and compliant with relevant regulations and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising maintenance and repairs, managing tenant relations, coordinating lease renewals and terminations, and addressing escalated issues in a timely, professional manner. The role involves preparing and reviewing budgets, monitoring expenses, tracking rental income, and providing regular performance reports to clients or internal stakeholders. The Senior Property Manager will also lead and mentor property management staff, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize occupancy and tenant satisfaction. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication through digital tools and the ability to work effectively with international clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Property management expertise, including lease administration, tenant relations, and oversight of maintenance and repairs.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, expense tracking, rental income analysis, and reporting.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and clear reporting for international clients.
• Proficiency with property management software and common digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring staff, coordinating teams, and driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of relevant property laws, compliance requirements, and industry best practices (regional or international exposure is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, showing reliability, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager, preferably in an international or outsourced services context.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
