We invite an experienced Proposal Lead to join Dev.Pro's Engineering Presales team. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs – from opportunity assessment and prospect research to proposal development, presentation, and transition to the delivery team. Your expertise in creating compelling and customized proposals will help drive our business growth and build lasting client relationships. 🟩 What's in it for you: Join a dynamic IT outsourcing company and drive high-impact proposals that shape business growth Work with top tech companies, gaining insights into their business needs to deliver tailored, effective solutions Collaborate with talented sales, presales, and delivery teams, expanding your skills across multiple domains ✅ Is that you? 5+ years of hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes Profound knowledge of the business development lifecycle Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to create and convey compelling value propositions Ability to build rapport with different buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) Upper-Intermediate+ English level Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with a structured and detail-oriented approach Desirable: Sales experience and understanding of sales processes 2+ years of project management experience Technical background and familiarity with the IT industry • Experience in software development and a strong understanding of SDLC Experience in software development and a strong understanding of SDLC 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll own the end-to-end RFP process, leading proposal development, collaborating on winning strategies, and maintaining a knowledge base to refine our approach and maximize success.
