Overview: This role can be based in any office or performed fully remotely, offering the opportunity to work with a top-tier team on high-impact utility and industrial projects involving conventional and renewable energy systems. Responsibilities: Perform advanced protection and coordination studies for substations and T&D systems Develop protection schemes, calculate relay settings, and support NERC compliance Conduct arc flash studies, short circuit analysis, and time-current coordination Integrate relay protection with SCADA systems Serve as a technical lead on projects and mentor junior engineers Contribute to business development and client relationship management Tools & Software: Experience with any of the following is a plus: SEL AcSELerator, GE Enervista, ASPEN Oneliner, SKM PTW, ETAP, RTDS/RSCAD Qualifications: BSEE required; MSEE (Power focus) preferred 10+ years of experience in protection and control PE license (or equivalent) required Strong written and verbal communication skills Consulting background and mentoring experience preferred Willingness to travel occasionally for client support Benefits: Dental, Vision, Life and Medical Insurante Competitive Compensation PTO Retirement Company Perks Full-time Contract
