Senior Python AI Developer

We're on the hunt for a Senior Python Developer with solid AI expertise to join our company. Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of complex software systems, guiding them from concept through production launch
• Set the technical course for projects, ensuring consistent quality is maintained at every stage of delivery
• Work together with colleagues to split large-scale work into clearly defined, manageable components
• Support and guide team members during code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical discussions
• Help determine decisions about tools, frameworks, and the technical direction guiding ongoing projects
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks that could slow progress or threaten system reliability
• Act as a dependable point of contact for technical matters, helping colleagues work through challenges
• Engage in cross-team conversations to keep technical decisions aligned with broader company goals
• Maintain accurate, accessible documentation to ensure knowledge is effectively shared across the team
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall system performance

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of applicable, hands-on experience in a comparable technical role
• Solid foundation in backend API development, using Python, TypeScript, or both to build dependable, scalable services
• Direct experience working with AWS cloud services alongside Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure as code
• Practical background building user interfaces with ReactJS or Angular to deliver responsive, user-focused front-end experiences
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate and support development tasks
• Strong English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Background in Forward Deployed Engineering, partnering directly with clients to customize and deploy solutions within their specific contexts
• Understanding of Specification Driven Development (SDD), leveraging detailed upfront specifications to guide and structure development efforts
