We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer with 5+ years of experience in production operations, incident management, and Python development. The role combines Python development for ticketing tools used in Incident Management department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate L1/L2 incidents, driving rapid restoration and stakeholder communication.
- Manage incident triage, escalation, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation for monitoring, incident response, and operational processes.
- Improve service reliability through observability, proactive monitoring, and system optimization.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure automation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to enhance platform performance and resilience.
- Maintain operational runbooks, dashboards, and incident management procedures.
Required Experience
Technical Skills
- 5+ years in Python Development.
- Proven experience incidents in enterprise-scale environments or applications.
- Strong Python development experience, including automation, API’s, and operational tooling (Atlassian Tools).
- Hands-on experience with Linux, CI/CD, AWS and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
