Senior Python Engineer

Our DNA is startups and scale-ups , and we love turning bold ideas into polished solutions. What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain back-end services with Python. Use frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask to create maintainable and secure APIs. Integrate LLM models and other GenAI tools into cutting edge AI powered solutions such as AI workflows and AI Agents. Experiment with and integrate modern AI-powered dev tools to boost efficiency and code quality. Collaborate with designers, PMs, QAs, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Optimize applications for performance and reliability. Actively explore new technologies and bring fresh ideas into the team. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have: 5+ years of experience in software development (3+ years with Python). Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Focus on writing clean, testable, maintainable code. Passion for exploring new technologies and applying them in real-world projects. Good communication skills and fluency in English for effective collaboration with both your team and international clients. Bonus points if you’ve worked with AI-driven developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
