The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to help build the systems that power the company's next generation of AI-driven products. You'll work closely with engineers, machine learning researchers, and data scientists to translate sophisticated models and healthcare data into scalable, production-ready software that customers rely on every day. You'll Solve Difficult Technical Problems This is a highly technical backend engineering role. You'll build APIs, distributed systems, integrations, and data pipelines capable of processing massive amounts of healthcare data while maintaining reliability, performance, and scalability. Build reliable, observable data ingestion and processing pipelines. Partner with machine learning engineers to productionize AI-powered features. Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems. Collaborate across engineering, product, and data science to deliver customer-facing solutions. Has 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Writes clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code. Enjoys designing scalable backend systems. Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments. Is curious, pragmatic, and enjoys solving difficult technical problems. Has experience with data-intensive applications or distributed systems. Bonus Points Experience building machine learning products in production. Experience with large-scale data pipelines.
