Senior QA Analyst

About:

The client is an American company that has been offering digital billing services and payment solutions to the insurance industry since the 1950s, evolving from a family-built general agency to a leader in premium financing, software, and business process outsourcing for the property and casualty insurance sector.

Position: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time

This role exists to make sure our software actually works the way it should. As our Senior QA Analyst, you'll be the one testing what we build, catching issues before they reach clients, and helping our teams release software with confidence.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of related professional experience, with at least 5 years in Software Quality Assurance

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an individual contributor

• Hands-on experience testing SaaS software

• Experience with Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

• Background in SaaS software development environments
