Senior QA Engineer

The Senior QA Engineer, reporting into the QA practice lead, will be responsible for leading test analysis and test design for enterprise clients running Salesforce CPQ solutions built on Logik/Logikit. This role plays a critical part in validating complex configuration and pricing logic before it reaches production, working across sales, quoting, and fulfillment workflows. You will serve as a trusted quality partner to the delivery team while collaborating closely with engineering, business analysis, and client stakeholders. Your key responsibilities Test analysis: review requirements and translate them into test plans, test cases, and coverage strategies for CPQ and Logik/Logikit workflows Test design: design test scenarios across functional, regression, integration, and other testing types, aligned to client business needs Execution and defect management: execute test cycles, log defects clearly, and work with engineering to drive them to resolution Platform validation: test configurations built on Salesforce, including CPQ pricing rules, product logic, and quote-to-order flows Stakeholder communication: report testing progress, risks, and blockers clearly to the delivery team and client stakeholders in English Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve test coverage and contribute reusable test assets and templates to the QA practice Senior-level QA experience, with strong test analysis and test design skills Proven experience testing across different testing types (functional, regression, integration, and others) Strong communication skills, comfortable working with distributed, client-facing teams Working knowledge of Logik/Logikit Working knowledge of Salesforce, including CPQ English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher API and performance testing experience is a strong asset Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is a bonus Unlimited Vacation/PTO Fully remote and distributed teams Paid Parental Leave Ongoing training and education opportunities 0% Bureaucracy Culture - Focus is on responsibilities, not title Like what you see but don’t meet every requirement?
