Job Title: Senior QA Engineer.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join an important Fintech Crypto Company. This person will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of the company’s software products.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual and automated testing, with the ability to design test plans, create test cases, identify issues, document defects, and collaborate closely with development teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys technical testing, process improvement, and working in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Create and manage functional, regression, and performance tests across multiple platforms.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support best QA practices within the engineering team.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide clear reports on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
• Use AI-based tools to improve test creation, automation scripting, and defect detection.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and alignment with user expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 2+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong experience with manual and automated testing in Agile environments.
• Experience designing and executing test plans and managing defects.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
• Advanced English level, ideally C1.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with AI tools for generating or optimizing test scripts.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience with AI-based test automation or intelligent test generation tools.
• Experience testing cloud-based environments and microservices.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
