Senior QA Engineer (Automation)

Job Description This is a remote position. The Castillian was placed successfully to one of the clients in an iGaming Sector focusing on the different responsibilities as follows: Setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks. Understanding project features, checking technical designs, and creating automated test tools that contribute to delivering quality features with efficiency. Identifying, developing & designing automated tests to replace manual tests to speed up delivery time while improving quality. Working along with SDEs and QA Engineers to decide which tests would be most beneficial and prioritizing the automation of those tests accordingly. Building new automated tests and tools for the frontend, backend APIs, and other services of our product. Upgrading existing practices and processes by researching test tools, methodologies, and trends. Configuring automated tests so that they run consistently and efficiently in CI/CD settings. Prioritizing test parallelization. Stabilizing and optimizing payment automation projects and improving test reliability. Diagnosing and resolving payment failures discovered during automation testing. Integrating 3D Secure (3DS) authentication flows for different payment providers to enhance payment security validation. Developing, enhancing, and maintaining automated test suites for global payment service providers (PSPs). Improving and refactoring automation scripts to support payment deposits for test users. Performing manual testing and verification of the payment gateway upgrade and other payment service providers. Collaborating with developers to triage defects, resolve critical bugs, and validate new features for both web and mobile applications
