About The Role

The Senior QA Analyst will Independently own end-to-end quality for a product area or workflow, designing the testing approach and continuously improving testing skills and test-design practices. They will work with full autonomy and sound judgment, anticipating quality risks and guiding developers and PMs on release-risk trade-offs. They’ll also communicate fluently in English with product and engineering teams, and mentor less experienced QAs to raise the team's testing standard.

As a Senior QA Analyst at iVisa, you will make an impact by:

• Owning end-to-end quality for a product area, balancing feature validation, regression risk and defect prevention.
• Designing effective testing approaches across functional, integration and regression coverage.
• Improving existing automation, test data and test-design practices to make testing faster and more reliable.
• Anticipating quality risks and guiding developers and PMs on release-risk trade-offs with sound judgment.
• Working autonomously and communicating fluently in English with product and engineering teams.
• Mentoring less experienced QAs and raising the team's testing discipline.

What makes you a great fit for this role:

• 3+ years of experience in software QA, including end-to-end ownership of quality for a web product area.
• Hands-on experience designing and running manual and automated tests (functional, integration and regression), ideally with Playwright.
• Proven ability to assess release risk and communicate quality trade-offs to developers and PMs, working autonomously with fluent English.
• Experience mentoring junior QAs and improving existing testing processes.
