Infotree Global Solutions is looking for a Senior Workday Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team as a functional and technical SME for Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCM.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead requirements and process-design workshops.
• Troubleshoot business processes, security, worker data, and recruiting issues.
• Support testing, deployments, enhancements, and Workday releases.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Product, Engineering, Security, QA, and implementation teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional consulting/product experience.
• Strong expertise in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCM.
• Hands-on configuration experience.
• Experience with Workday implementations or significant enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of organizations, staffing models, employee lifecycle, reporting, and integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
