🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite Per Week)

💰 Rate: Up to $55-60/hour

⏳ Contract: 12 Months (Possible extension)

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Analyst / QE Lead with a strong background in automation testing, API testing, database validation, and CI/CD practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced Agile environment and has extensive hands-on experience building and maintaining automated testing solutions.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation experience
• 2-3+ years of hands-on Python automation experience
• Strong experience with API Testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, automation frameworks)
• Strong experience with Database Testing and SQL validation
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of Git, including code commits, merges, and branching

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with the Robot Framework (Robo Framework)
• Experience transitioning automation frameworks to Python
• Financial Services or Banking industry experience
• Experience with test strategy development and quality engineering leadership
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments
• Experience mentoring junior QA or automation team members
• Performance or integration testing experience
