As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, reliability Business Partner Transparency products within the Osapiens HUB platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing both manual and automated testing strategies, working closely with development teams to foster a strong quality-driven culture from the ground up. Your Responsibilities Take full ownership of product quality and reliability, ensuring seamless performance across all features. Develop and maintain automated UI tests using TypeScript and Playwright to enhance frontend reliability. Design and execute API tests using Jest, ensuring robust backend validation. Work closely with development teams to identify, prevent, and resolve quality issues early in the development cycle. Lead test planning and risk assessments, ensuring that releases are stable, secure, and ready for production. Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies, helping to evolve our testing framework in an agile environment. Your Experience 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or SDET, with a solid track record in delivering high‑quality automated testing solutions. Deep understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and best practices, including strong attention to detail in both documentation and test execution. Hands‑on experience with web automation, preferably using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with API testing and API automation, ideally using Jest or similar testing frameworks. Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines - Azure DevOps/Gitlab/Jenkins or other, including test automation integration, and familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying quality gaps and proposing improvements. Effective communication skills and a collaborative working style when partnering with developers, product managers, and cross‑functional teams.
