Senior Quality Engineer

DNA.inc is looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join a small, collaborative team focused on high-performance applications, including TV platforms. You'll bring your expertise to solve complex technical problems, define architectural foundations, and ensure the overall quality of applications used by audiences worldwide.

About the job

In this role, you'll work closely with team members experienced in native and web platforms, applying your deep QA experience to tackle mission-critical technical challenges. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be executing independently on the testing of projects, operating with loose guidance from leadership.

Among other things, you can expect to work on:

• Make sure we deliver high-quality apps to our clients.

• Contribute your ideas to our in-house, AI-based QA tooling or even implement ideas yourself.

• Write automation scripts for test cases where needed.

• Be a driving force in our young QA division, we are just getting started with QA.

About you

To be considered a candidate for this role, we will look to you to have:

• Proven seniority in Quality Assurance roles and experience with QA automation

• Experience with at least 1 or more Test Automation technologies

• You are excited about the role AI can play in Test Automation

• Curious and willing to pick up new technologies

• Be pragmatic in your testing solutions and adapt to what the project needs at different times

• Strong communication skills, capable of discussing technical details and business objectives with stakeholders

Bonus points for experience with:

• Streaming (audio and/or video) and Media Players

• Python programming

• Software development background

• Automation for Native mobile apps

Compensation

• Reference location: Madrid

• Our mid-point for Senior Quality Engineer in Madrid: 62,400 EUR/year
