What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Qualys Administrator & AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in vulnerability management platforms, cloud security, and cybersecurity process automation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in Qualys platform administration, API-driven automation, and the implementation of AI-powered solutions to optimize cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsabilities

• Administer, configur, and optimize the Qualys VMDR platform.
• Manage vulnerability management processes, including vulnerability identification, assessment, prioritazation, and remediation.
• Administer and maintain Qualys Cloud Agents across multiple enviorments.
• Implement and maintain compliance policies using Qualys Policy Compliance.
• Administer and optimize web application security assessments using Qualys Web Application Scanning (WAS).
• Develop scripts, integrations, and automated workflows using APIs and Python.
• Design and implement intelligent automation solutions and AI agents for cybersecurity operations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to improve security controls and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance vulnerability management and compliance processes.
  
  

Requiered Qualifications

• Strong hands- on experience administrating and managing Qualys VMDR.
• Practical knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Experience with Qualys Cloud Agent and Policy Compliance.
• Knowledge of Qualys Web Application Scanning (WAS)
• Hands- on experience with API- based integrations and process automation.
• Scripting and development skills using Python.
• Experience integrating security tools and automating cybersecurity workflows.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AI integration within cybersecurity workflows.
• Experience with advanced security automation frameworks and processes.
• Familiarity with cloud enviorments and enterprise security tools.
