Test Automation Engineer (Playwright) at BairesDev

As a Test Automation Engineer specializing in Playwright, you will develop and maintain robust cross-browser test automation suites to ensure the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in implementing end-to-end testing strategies, handling complex scenarios like multi-tab workflows and network interception to provide comprehensive coverage for modern web applications.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement automated E2E test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.

- Develop and maintain scalable, cross-browser automation frameworks to ensure consistent application behavior.

- Execute and manage complex testing scenarios, including multi-tab, multi-origin, and network-level interceptions.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable feedback loops.

- Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects.

- Optimize test execution for speed and reliability by utilizing Playwright's native features and best practices.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Engineering.

- Proven expertise in developing cross-browser test automation using Playwright and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience handling multi-tab, multi-origin, and network interception testing scenarios.

- Deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) testing best practices and CI/CD integration.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
