We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major nuclear infrastructure project at Sizewell C, supporting commercial performance, contract management and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contractual change through CEMAR, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and timescales
• Prepare monthly applications for payment, valuations, cost and value reports, and project forecasts
• Provide commercial advice to site teams, Contracts Managers and operational colleagues, helping maximise opportunities and minimise risk
• Manage multiple projects, support contract administration and mentor junior members of the commercial team
