- Applying knowledge of all aspects of the surgical procedure to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Developing and managing project plans and timelines in accordance with design control guidelines.
What you will need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, mechanical/biomechanical engineering, quality management, or manufacturing engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in packaging engineering or biomechanical laboratory testing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through release.
- Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.

- Prior experience in the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience working with sterile packaging in accordance with ISO 11607-1.
- Ability to work on multiple subtasks in parallel.
- Ability to make complex decisions with guidance.
