Role Description
The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles within George Dimov, CPA, with a primary focus on accounting, tax, and client service positions. This full-time remote role includes developing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and managing job postings and talent pipelines. The Senior Recruiter will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and oversee the selection and offer process. The role also involves building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and continuously improving hiring processes and candidate experience. In addition, the Senior Recruiter will help refine role profiles, support workforce planning, and contribute to employer branding efforts in the accounting and financial services market.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for professional and technical roles.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using online job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other talent acquisition tools.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities clearly and build rapport with candidates.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple requisitions and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
- Understanding of or interest in the accounting, tax, or financial services sector; prior recruiting experience in these fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and apply sound judgment in hiring decisions.

Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role or specialized recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
- Strong expertise in advanced sourcing methods, passive candidate engagement, and talent mapping.
- Advanced / Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders quickly.
- Must have a reliable computer, stable high speed internet connection, and a dedicated workspace.
