Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-managerial positions across the dedicated region.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent communities.
• Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities, including interviews, assessment centers, and candidate evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers to lead recruitment kick-off meetings, calibration sessions, and talent discussions.
• Provide professional candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including feedback delivery, offer presentations, salary negotiations, and communication of final hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service and recruitment excellence.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors if needed.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure alignment with global recruiting standards and processes.
• Monitor recruitment effectiveness, identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend solutions to enhance quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment methodologies, sourcing approaches, talent market trends, and talent acquisition tools.
• Share best practices and contribute to the continuous development of recruitment strategies, tools, and processes across the dedicated region.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, including both recruitment coordination and full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across a complex, international organization.
• Familiarity with assessment centers and talent evaluation methodologies.
• University degree.
• Fluent English language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare is a strong asset.
• Experience in hiring IT roles is a strong asset.
• Experience with direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent mapping is a strong asset.
• Experience with Workday is a strong asset.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 10 480 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
