Senior Recruiter (HUB)

Are you an experienced recruiter looking to work in a fast-paced, global environment? We are expanding our Bogotá Recruitment Hub and are seeking two talented Recruiters/Senior Recruiters to support hiring activities across the United States and Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders across North America, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and play a key role in attracting top talent for complex and technical projects.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders across the U.S. and Canada to understand current and future workforce needs.
• Developing sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
• Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for a wide range of professional, technical, and leadership positions.
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruitment data within the ATS.
• Advising hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback.
• Supporting offer negotiations and coordinating hiring activities through to onboarding.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships while delivering high-quality recruiting outcomes in a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For Required:

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Highly Desired:

• Previous recruitment experience within:
  • Mining
  • Oil & Gas
  • Engineering
  • Construction
  • Energy
  • Industrial or project-based environments
• Experience supporting recruitment activities for the United States and/or Canadian markets.
• Experience recruiting for technical, project, engineering, operational, or professional services roles.
• Knowledge of direct sourcing techniques, talent pipelining, and market mapping.
• Experience working within a shared services, recruitment hub, or global recruiting model
