Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Talent Manager to join our team and support our exclusive clients. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with periodic quarterly travel for team meet-ups and client meetings. Requirements Proven experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably within the finance or mortgage sector. Excellent sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Job Boards, and CRM systems.
