You already bill. What you don't have is a desk that's fully yours, a niche with almost no serious competition, and a founder who still places every month and hands you real autonomy from day one.

Pack GTM is Germany's specialist for B2B SaaS commercial hiring, and we're adding a Senior Consultant to own a desk, not inherit a process. You'd run a ~€300k+ desk, carry your own clients, and help shape where the business goes next.

Pack GTM places highly sought-after commercial talent into some of the most ambitious B2B SaaS companies across DACH. We're founder-led, profitable, and bootstrapped - no red tape, no management layers between you and the work that matters. The German SaaS market is forecast to approach €20bn this year, and there are still almost no true specialists in this niche. You'd walk into more warm, quality demand than we can currently service.

🎯 The Role

• Own and grow a full 360 desk: end-to-end delivery plus client development
• Carry a senior billing benchmark (~€300–348k/year) with the pipeline autonomy to hit it
• Develop your own clients - from a genuine advantage, not a standing start
• Build a personal brand that drives inbound candidate and client leads
• Mentor junior consultants and feed into the team's commercial direction

💡 What You'll Bring

• 2+ years billing in recruitment, with numbers you can account for
• Full-360 experience - you've owned clients directly, not just delivered on someone else's desk
• Fully bilingual German and English (C1+ in both - non-negotiable)
• Commercial, relationship-led instinct
• Berlin-based and set up for hybrid working
