What does the role look like?

You'll be responsible for all recruitment activities including building & managing the pipeline of GP practices, delivering placements, providing excellent customer service to doctors & clients, handling enquires associated with the New Zealand GP desk, business development and day to day management. The ability to perform in this role will be evident in overall performance and ability to hit or exceed sales targets, KPIs and key business goals. As a Senior Recruiter you will also be responsible for working alongside a para consultant and directing admin work associated with your desk. In addition to this you may also be responsible for coaching & managing associate recruiter as well.

Key Activities

• Manage a high performing desk
• Continue with the activity associated with a recruitment desk and builds pipeline that will result in making placements & hitting revenue targets associated with desk
• Works through job requests, filters, triages and prioritises jobs to be worked
• Build an extended candidate & client network through using a variety of recruitment tools and methods
• Engage talent at all stages of the hiring process resulting in candidates referring other candidates to Ochre
• Check in with Para Consultant to prioritise tasks for the day and week
• Promote and match available candidates to client’s
• Follows Ochre Recruitment processes & policies (for locum & perm) and will endeavour to always have best practice approach to recruitment whilst meeting other key role deliverables
• Coaching and mentoring to associate recruiters
• Attend conferences

Role Deliverables

• Understands perm & locum GP recruitment process and key requirements of recruitment role
• Meets KPIs, business goals and sales targets associated with managing desk
• Is able to provide oversight to para consultant and across credentialing / quality requirements for desk
• Is excellent team play and works well with other consultants in the business
• Ability to work fully remote
