Senior Recruitment Specialist I Armenia-Based

A software development and digital solutions company, our client specializes in the FinTech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. They have a successful track record, having delivered 20+ innovative products in 5 international markets, including Brazil, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. The company is now launching a new project in Armenia.

⟢ Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT & iGaming recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in hiring for betting, trading, and risk management roles (Sport Trader, Risk Analyst, etc.)
• Track record of successfully recruiting specialized iGaming talent including Sport Traders, Risk Analysts, Odds Compilers, and Trading Desk specialists
• Strong sourcing & research skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance and industry-specific networks
• Deep understanding of iGaming, sports betting, and trading operations to effectively assess candidate fit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, mature, and collaborative mindset
• High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and flexibility in fast-changing environments
• Demonstrated success in closing technical roles and niche trading positions
• Experience hiring for management and design positions is a strong advantage
• English proficiency at B1 level or above

⟢ Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned iGaming roles, including screening, interviews, and offer stages
• Drive and optimize strategic recruiting initiatives for betting and trading talent acquisition
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines for Sport Traders, Risk Analysts, and other specialized iGaming positions
• Develop long-term, win-win relationships with candidates and hiring managers in the iGaming sector
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, clear feedback between all stakeholders
• Contribute to recruitment planning and support company growth initiatives in iGaming operations
