Job Description: Senior Research Analyst

Location: Bangalore,India

The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for independently managing key components of primary market research projects, including study design, survey programming oversight, qualitative research support, advanced analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The role also provides mentorship to junior team members and contributes to capability development.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in Primary Market Research, Healthcare Research, or Market Insights, including experience managing complex research projects.

· Skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods.

· Experience in panel building and respondent recruitment.

· Project management skills, including coordinating timelines and deliverables.

· Clear, effective stakeholder communication skills.

· Problem-solving skills and a strong focus on research quality.

· Familiarity with AI and automation tools used in research operations.

· Experience supporting consulting engagements and custom research projects.

· An in-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Lead execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects from initiation to delivery.
• Design and review questionnaires, discussion guides, and research materials.
• Support panel-building initiatives and respondent recruitment strategies.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor and train junior analysts on research methodologies and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Hours of Work:

Work mode: Hybrid, Monday to Friday.
Working hours: This is a hybrid full-time position working India business hours, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
Location: Bangalore.
