Senior Research Manager

▪ Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the disciplined execution of jobs ▪ Training and coaching teams on the job, besides supporting the teams in planning and analyzing the studies. ▪ Prepare Proposals, Research Design, Field Briefings, and the review the Presentations made by juniors. ▪ You will work with our Qualitative/ other SL teams to propose seamless solutions for our clients’ market needs. ▪ Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the financially[1]disciplined execution of jobs ▪ Establishing a Client-Service Excellence culture with your teams ▪ Responsible for output of the team, service delivery. ▪ Supporting the SL in building Ipsos reputation, particularly in what regards quality, client service and deliverables excellence. ▪ Other sundry managerial duties as required.
