We're partnering with a leading Irish organisation to appoint a Senior Reward Manager who will help shape how its people are recognised, rewarded and retained.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with senior leadership to develop competitive, equitable and forward-thinking reward programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Shaping Reward Strategy: Help develop and deliver compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, motivate and retain talent.
• Driving Reward Cycles: Lead annual salary reviews, bonus processes and reward initiatives.
• Influencing Executive Reward: Support senior remuneration decisions, governance and Remuneration Committee reporting.
• Turning Data into Insight: Lead salary benchmarking, job evaluation and market analysis to inform reward decisions.
• Enhancing Benefits: Manage and evolve employee benefits, including pensions, working with external partners.
• Partnering with the Business: Act as a trusted reward adviser to HR colleagues and senior stakeholders, driving improvements and new initiatives.

Your Background

• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR specialism.
• Knowledge of salary benchmarking, reward cycles and compensation structures.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR systems and data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A relevant HR or Business qualification.
