Why This Role Is Right for You As a Senior Risk Management Specialist , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking Operating Risk team. Together, we work to shape a smart, agile, and future-ready risk framework in a fast-moving fintech environment. We’re looking for someone who not only understands risk—but can challenge, improve, and rethink it in the context of modern digital services and DORA-driven resilience. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Identify and assess operational and ICT risks, with a focus on real business impact and critical services Support the development of a practical, DORA-aligned ICT risk & resilience framework Keep risk and incident registers alive, meaningful, and actionable (not just up to date) Monitor mitigation actions and push for real progress, especially for high and critical risks Work on incident management processes (ICT & security), including analysis and lessons learned Take part in ICT vendor risk assessments and ongoing supplier oversight Co-create and improve policies, standards, and governance, ensuring they actually work in practice Drive risk awareness initiatives that engage people—not just inform them Collaborate across teams (business, IT, compliance) in a hands-on, partnership-based approach What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: Experience in risk management, compliance, or audit (financial sector is a plus) Strong understanding of operational risk, RCSA, and control frameworks Exposure to ICT risk, incident management, or third-party risk Familiarity with DORA or similar frameworks (or curiosity and readiness to dive deep fast) Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and propose better solutions Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you spot and address them early Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment where priorities shift Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders Fluent English Even if you don’t check every box, your unique potential and willingness to learn could set you apart.
