Senior Robotics Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Robotics Engineer, you will develop advanced planning algorithms for autonomous behaviors and highway driving scenarios. You will take ownership of the decision-making logic, ensuring robotics systems operate safely and intuitively in real-time environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement core motion planning algorithms for autonomous vehicles in complex highway scenarios.
• Develop real-time decision-making logic to manage autonomous behaviors and interactions with other agents.
• Optimize C++ code for high-performance execution within resource-constrained robotics platforms.
• Architect geometry and speed reasoning systems to generate safe, comfortable, and feasible trajectories.
• Collaborate with perception and control teams to ensure seamless integration of the full autonomy stack.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Robotics Engineering or Software Engineering with a focus on autonomous systems.
• Proven expertise in developing motion planning algorithms for autonomous behaviors and highway driving scenarios.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ and experience with real-time systems.
• Strong background in robotics systems and real-time decision-making processes.
• Hands-on experience with autonomous systems and motion planning frameworks.
