A value-driven organisation, it has established itself as a partner of choice for major brands in Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, and Banking. It covers the complete digital evolution journey of its customers, from ideation and requirements setup to software development and managed services solutions.
With more than 1,200 IT professionals, Accesa also has a fast-growing footprint, establishing itself as an employer of choice for IT professionals who are passionate about problem-solving through technology. Coming together in strong tech teams with a customer-centric approach, they enable businesses to grow, delivering value for our clients, partners, industry, and community.
We are looking for a Senior RPA Software Engineer with strong UiPath expertise to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and deliver reliable automations that drive operational efficiency.
As a Senior RPA Engineer, you will design and evolve enterprise automation solutions with deep expertise in UiPath and broader capabilities across Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled automation. Working within a T-shaped engineering model, you will help select the right combination of RPA, low-code, integration, and AI capabilities for each business context.
Shape client-focused automation solutions → Research, assess, and recommend scalable solutions aligned with client needs, business value, technical constraints, security, and maintainability.
Engineer reliable RPA solutions → Design, develop, test, deploy, and improve production-grade UiPath automations using reusable components, robust exception handling, logging, testing, and software engineering practices.
Expand automation through Power Platform → Contribute to solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, combining low-code and RPA capabilities where this creates a better outcome.
Apply AI capabilities responsibly → Use AI-assisted engineering and AI-enabled automation capabilities to accelerate analysis, development, documentation, testing, and solution improvement, while validating outputs and protecting client and company data.
Own support and continuous improvement → Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions through structured support and ticketing processes, improving resilience, performance, and operational efficiency.
Lead through technical collaboration → Partner with software engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and automation specialists; contribute to solution design, code reviews, estimations, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the community.
5+ years of professional software development and/or automation engineering experience, including strong hands-on delivery of enterprise automation solutions.
Strong experience with Robotic Process Automation, preferably UiPath, covering solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, preferably C#/.NET, together with clean code, debugging, version control, error handling, logging, and code review practices.
Ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions, and explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases, files, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications, supported by strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Senior-level ownership, client orientation, adaptability, and the ability to mentor colleagues while working across projects, technologies, and support contexts.
Ability and willingness to broaden expertise across Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled automation as part of a T-shaped engineering model.
Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, protecting sensitive information, and taking ownership of the final result.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, connectors, and solution-oriented Application Lifecycle Management.
Experience with AI-enabled automation, such as document understanding, intelligent extraction, natural-language interfaces, copilots or agents, and human-in-the-loop solution patterns.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SAP, REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, Git, CI/CD, Azure, Excel-based automation, or enterprise credential and monitoring practices.
Experience with process discovery or Process Mining technologies such as UiPath Process Mining or Celonis.
UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or relevant AI certifications.

At Accesa you can
Enjoy our holistic benefits program that covers the four pillars that we believe come together to support our wellbeing, covering social, physical, emotional wellbeing, as well as work-life fusion.
- Physical Wellbeing: Our wellbeing program includes medical benefits, gym support, and personalised fitness options for an active lifestyle, complemented by team events and the Healthy Habits Club.
- Work-Life Fusion: In very dynamic industries such as IT, the line between our professional and personal lives can quickly become blurred. Having a one-size-fits-one approach gives us the flexibility to define the work-life dynamic that works for us.
- Emotional Wellbeing: We believe that to maintain our overall health, we need to invest in our mental wellbeing just as much as we do in our physical health, social connections or in achieving work-life balance.
- Social Wellbeing: As a growing community in a hybrid environment, we want to ensure we remain connected not just by the great work we do every day but through our passions and interests.
