• Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 + bonus
• Location: Dublin, hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day from home)
• Current Rubrik Certified System Administrator (RCSA) certification required

Our client is a long-established global data software company building out its hosting team in Dublin, and they need a Senior Rubrik Engineer to run backup and recovery across a large Linux-based virtualised estate. The hosting team runs the company's platforms as managed services for healthcare and other regulated customers, so the systems you support sit behind services clinicians rely on.

You'll own Rubrik day to day and work across compute, storage and virtualisation as the estate moves from on-premise VMware to Nutanix. There's a shared on-call rota for critical production services, so 24x7 experience matters here.

What You'll Work With

• Nutanix: AHV and Prism, as the estate migrates off VMware
• VMware vSphere: supporting the existing on-premise estate
• Backup: Dell PPDM alongside Rubrik
• Security compliance: ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 22301
• Root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
• Platform monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management

Nice to Haves

• VMware to Nutanix migration experience
• Automation tooling (Ansible or similar)
• Windows and Active Directory
