Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

CleverLabs is hiring experienced Ruby on Rails Backend Developers (6+ years)

We're expanding our team for a fintech platform and looking for seasoned Ruby on Rails backend developers with 6+ years of experience.

The current team includes around 15 Ruby on Rails developers and 7 frontend developers. The frontend is built with React, and the backend tech stack features Ruby 3 and Rails 7.

CleverLabs is a software development company specializing in creating Web and API applications since 2015. We work on long-term projects, developing products from scratch as part of distributed product teams. Our Clients are based in the USA, the UK, the EU, and Bahrain. We take pride in our in-house team of about 40 senior Ruby on Rails developers.

Responsibilities:

• Work in an experienced agile team.
• Participate in project decisions, analysis, and design.
• Focus on developing new features.
• Conduct and participate in mandatory code and technical reviews.
• Lead small teams (3–4 people) if experienced in team management.

Our Expectations:

• 6+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and best practices in software development.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency at B1 or higher.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
