Senior SaaS Tech Lead

What You'll Do

• Provide technical help and incident troubleshooting for vital business applications including SVN, Perforce, and GitHub, maintaining swift responses consistent with SLAs.
• Conduct functional analysis, system configuration, and technical development of SCM tools.
• Monitor system performance, propose balanced solutions, and recommend modifications as necessary.
• Perform performance tuning for slow-running processes to ensure efficient efficiency.
• Use a strong grasp of security principles to address changes following security recommendations.
• Partner with worldwide groups to apply and supervise application updates and configuration adjustments.
• Serve as application support for version control applications and other SaaS and on-premises systems.
• Maintain non-technical system documentation, including process flow charts and build documents.
• Hold discussions with end users to collect requirements and develop functional specifications together with Business Analysts.
• Follow Change Control procedures and perform regular environment refreshes and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve application environment issues, ensuring seamless operation.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize application environments to meet business needs.
• Develop and implement technical recovery and continuity plans, understanding the business impact of IT systems failures.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in administration, configuration, and support of Linux, SVN, GitHub, Perforce, and DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation.
• Proven capability to deliver application support and resolve incidents promptly.
• Experience in performance tuning and applying security principles.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with international teams to deploy technical solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and PRTG, and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with end users and collaborators.
• Ability to detail technical specifications clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to develop balanced business solutions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
