We are looking for an experienced, client-focused, and solutions-driven
Senior Sage Intacct Consultant
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident consultant who enjoys leading implementations, solving complex business challenges, mentoring others, and helping clients get real value from their Sage investment.
Location:
Remote, (the role will require travel to UK client sites as needed).
Key Responsibilities:
Sage Intacct Consulting & Solution Delivery
Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Sage Intacct solutions.
Analyse client business processes and design effective system solutions.
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and integrations to meet client requirements.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Project Management
Manage Sage Intacct projects from scoping and solution design through to successful delivery.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate internal resources and client stakeholders.
Proactively manage project risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Client Training & Enablement
Deliver engaging and effective user training sessions.
Create user documentation, training materials, and guides.
Ensure clients are confident and proficient in using Sage Intacct for their business operations.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior consultants.
Assist with resource planning and project staffing.
Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Support cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, where required.
Quality & Process Management
Maintain high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of consulting SOPs.
Participate in quality assurance reviews and audits.
Ensure compliance with service standards and internal processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Experience
5+ years' experience implementing and supporting Sage Intacct solutions.
Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience.
Experience delivering user training and facilitating workshops.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Customer-focused with a consultative approach.
Ability to mentor and develop team member
