Senior SailPoint IAM Specialistr-Romania

Project context

A German Telco Mobile Network Operator (MNO) is looking for experienced SailPoint specialists to support identity governance, access lifecycle management and the integration of SailPoint with enterprise applications and identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for identity governance and administration solutions.

• Design and configure SailPoint-based identity lifecycle processes.

• Implement joiner, mover and leaver processes.

• Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, roles and policies.

• Develop and maintain integrations with HR systems, directories, applications and IAM platforms.

• Configure identity aggregation, provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

• Support role-based access control and access governance initiatives.

• Troubleshoot issues across development, test and production environments.

• Support deployments, testing, upgrades and operational handover.

• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders and operations.

Required skills and experience

• Several years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.

• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration.

• Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning.

• Experience configuring access certifications, approval workflows, roles and policies.

• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, databases and REST APIs.

• Experience with SailPoint integrations and custom connectors.

• Good understanding of IAM, access management and information security.

• Experience with Java, BeanShell, JavaScript or comparable technologies.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow or Atlas.

• Experience in large-scale telecommunications or enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of cloud IAM and hybrid identity architectures.

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and automated testing.

• SailPoint certifications.

• German or Spanish language skills are an advantage.

General profile requirement

Candidates should be senior, reliable and delivery-oriented professionals who can work independently in a fully remote, international environment. DevOps experience is valuable for both development and operations profiles; a combination of development and operations experience is particularly welcome.
