About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Enablement Coach who enjoys working directly with sales professionals to develop their skills, build confidence, and improve performance.

This is a highly interactive, hands-on role that combines individual coaching, group training, and ongoing professional development. You will deliver tailored coaching sessions, facilitate engaging team workshops, and respond proactively to emerging training needs. Whether developing a structured training programme or preparing a focused objection-handling exercise for an upcoming sales meeting, you will bring flexibility, creativity, and a practical approach to learning.

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve and exceed their sales targets.

You will also collaborate closely with our US-based Sales Enablement team to develop and share resources, best practices, and ongoing training initiatives covering sales methodologies, sales technologies such as Gong and Salesforce, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Individual Sales Coaching: Provide personalised coaching and mentoring to sales professionals through call reviews, deal analysis, constructive feedback, and targeted development plans to improve individual performance.

  • Training Design and Delivery: Develop and facilitate engaging, practical training sessions for individuals and groups, adapting content and delivery methods to meet evolving business and team requirements.

  • Sales Skills and Product Development: Strengthen the team's understanding of products, sales processes, methodologies, and supporting technologies to improve sales effectiveness.

  • New Hire Onboarding: Support the onboarding and development of new sales employees, ensuring they have the knowledge, confidence, and tools required to succeed. Participate in recruitment interviews where appropriate.

  • Learning Content Development: Review, enhance, and adapt existing training materials while creating new resources to address emerging skills gaps and business priorities.

  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the US to share knowledge, align training initiatives, and promote consistent sales enablement practices across the organisation.

About You

We are seeking someone who has demonstrated success in developing sales professionals and improving team performance.

You may come from one of several professional backgrounds:

  • Experienced Sales Professional: A successful salesperson who has taken on mentoring or leadership responsibilities and developed a strong interest in coaching, training, and supporting others.

  • Sales Leader or Manager: An experienced sales manager with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams, who is looking to transition into a dedicated coaching and development role.

  • Sales Enablement Specialist: A confident and adaptable enablement professional with experience delivering effective training, responding quickly to business needs, and supporting sales performance improvement.

Regardless of your background, you will be someone who builds strong relationships, communicates effectively, and takes pride in helping others achieve their full potential.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

  • A minimum of five years' combined experience in sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement, including at least one year of successful quota-carrying sales experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, mentoring, and developing sales professionals.

  • Confidence in facilitating group training sessions and adapting your approach to different audiences and business needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across teams.

  • A flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to identifying and addressing development needs.

  • A genuine commitment to supporting individual growth, strengthening team capability, and driving improved sales performance.

Working Arrangements

This position follows a hybrid working model, with an expectation of working from our office two to three days per week and remotely for the remainder.

Occasional additional office attendance will be required for dedicated sales training programmes, including full-week training sessions held several times throughout the year.
