Senior Sales Manager

My client is currently looking for Senior Sales Manager who will have overall responsibility for the sales operations in Switzerland. You will lead and develop the sales organisation, be responsible for achieving revenue and growth targets, and drive the strategic development of our business in the Swiss cybersecurity market.

Strong strategic leadership with a strong sales focus and a prominent presence in the market. Together with manufacturers, partners and internal teams, you will develop new business opportunities and ensure that these are consistently translated into sustainable and profitable growth.

You will have Overall responsibility for revenue, growth and sales performance in Switzerland, leading and developing the Swiss sales team, ensuring strong performance, clear accountability and effective execution of commercial priorities and you will Own sales forecasting, pipeline planning and revenue projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business targets.

You will have Many years of successful experience in sales and sales management, ideally in the cybersecurity, cloud or IT infrastructure sectors and Several years’ leadership experience and a proven track record of meeting revenue and growth targets.

Someone who has Substantial experience in partner, channel and distribution business and a very good understanding of the Swiss IT and cybersecurity market, as well as a robust network. A strong ‘hunter’ mentality and a proven track record of success in business development with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a strong focus on execution and closing deals.
