About This Campaign
As part of our ongoing global expansion planning, we anticipate recruiting experienced sales leaders across FX, payments, and transaction banking. We will be hiring across London, New York, Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi and East Africa. This is a

What These Future Roles Will Typically Involve:
Building new business pipelines via outbound prospecting, referrals and market engagement
Developing and delivering regional sales strategies across FX and payments
Cultivating senior client relationships and leading complex negotiations
Identifying and opening new markets, opportunities and commercial partnerships
Representing CAB at industry events and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions
What We Look For:
Proven track record of originating and closing new client relationships (Banks, Fintechs, Corporates, NBFIs)
Experience selling FX or cross‑border payment products
Strong networks across emerging markets (especially Africa)
Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and operate effectively in fast‑moving markets
