We hire sales reps at volume, and we need recruiters who treat hiring like a sport. You’ll run the whole cycle yourself: find them, vet them, close them.

Your day:

• Hunting for sales talent where it actually lives, not just where it applies
• Running phone screens and interviews that cut fast and get to the truth
• Closing offers and getting people to day one
• Pushing sales managers for feedback in hours, not weeks
• Running your pipeline in Phenom and knowing your numbers without looking
