Your key responsibilities:

Performance Analytics & Business Insights

  • Analyze pod-level performance across pipeline, activity, conversion, attainment, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Conduct recurring KPI and trend analysis to identify performance gaps, risks, opportunities, and coaching priorities.
  • Prepare scorecards, insights, and summaries to support manager reviews, pod-level business discussions, and leadership updates.

Manager & Pod Support

  • Partner with BDR managers to support pod-level operating rhythms, performance reviews, and execution planning.

  • Support follow-up actions tied to performance improvement, process adherence, tool adoption, and operational priorities.

Tools, Technology & Training

  • Support training and adoption for BDR tools, systems, and workflows, including CRM, prospecting, sequencing, reporting, and productivity tools.
  • Create and deliver tool training materials for new hires, existing BDRs, and managers.
  • Develop user guides, job aids, quick reference materials, and process documentation to support consistent tool usage.

Documentation & Enablement Support

  • Create, maintain, and organize SOPs, playbooks, training guides, onboarding materials, process maps, and manager resources.
  • Translate business priorities and process changes into clear, practical documentation for BDRs and managers.
  • Support onboarding and readiness activities by ensuring materials are current, easy to follow, and aligned to expected ways of working.

Operational Governance & Process Support

  • Support process adherence, data quality reviews, CRM hygiene efforts, and operational audit activities.
  • Track recurring operational issues, documentation gaps, adoption challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Help maintain operating standards, ways of working, and supporting materials for pod-level execution.

What you bring:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, enablement, business analytics, or a similar function.
  • Experience supporting sales, business development, customer-facing, or revenue-generating teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing performance metrics, identifying trends, and summarizing insights.
  • Experience creating reports, scorecards, presentations, documentation, or training materials.
  • Ability to translate data and process information into clear recommendations and practical guidance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
