The Opportunity

With Sitetracker’s customer base rapidly expanding, we’re seeing increased demand for scalable solution delivery using out-of-the-box features and advanced declarative customization. The Senior Salesforce Administrator serves as the declarative technical backbone of our team: bridging the gap between OOTB capabilities and full-stack custom code.

This role offers the chance to work in a product-led environment, balancing deep feature development with high-priority support delivery. You’ll operate as a highly hands-on builder, owning projects end-to-end and working directly with customers to design tailored solutions. For high performers, this is an opportunity to stretch your skills across analysis, consulting, and delivery within a collaborative team of Developers, Architects, and QAs.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will lead technical discovery and architecture reviews with enterprise stakeholders, defining clear boundaries and steering them toward declarative best practices. You will take a hands-on approach to building highly scalable data models, robust security architectures, and advanced enterprise-grade Flow frameworks that handle complex orchestration while preventing governor limit issues. Going beyond standard administration, you will actively architect and tune AI systems like Scout to build intelligent automations that drastically reduce end-to-end case delivery times. Furthermore, you will bridge the gap between declarative and programmatic solutions by performing code-level Apex diagnostics, managing order of execution to prevent race conditions, and mapping custom code within Flows, ultimately remediating technical debt and reducing developer overhead.

The Skills You’ll Have

  • Advanced Flow Architecture & AI Execution

Deep mastery of complex automation, Flow design patterns, AI system configuration, and Apex diagnostics. Proven ability to actively monitor AI telemetry and optimize accuracy.

  • Client Advisory & Pushback

Strong consulting experience. Capable of evaluating business needs, confidently pushing back against bad architectural requests, and defending Salesforce best practices.

  • Execution Alignment & Data Architecture

Strong conceptual grasp of enterprise data modeling, complex sharing architecture, and permission set governance. Understands execution order to seamlessly bridge declarative configuration with full-stack custom code and prevent race conditions.

  • High-Velocity Work Management

High autonomy in estimating effort accurately and managing complex workloads. Successfully manages 2-3 high-effort and 4-5 medium-effort projects simultaneously while meeting strict timelines

Within 90 Days, You’ll:

  • Attain 80% billable utilization.

  • Complete deep-dive reviews of existing client Apex frameworks, data models, and flow inventories.

  • Understand the delivery processes Solution Engineering follows and pass Sitetracker Admin training/certification.

    • Within 180 Days, You’ll:

  • Autonomously drive requirement gathering meetings and design solution blueprints.

  • Build and construct complex sub-flow automation frameworks, integrating with invocable Apex where necessary.

  • Communicate effectively and proactively with customers regarding technical risks and timelines.

    • Within 365 Days, You’ll:

  • Architect complex, enterprise-ready solutions autonomously end-to-end.

  • Help and collaborate with Developer and QA team members to deliver the best hybrid (code + declarative) solutions.

  • Earn Advanced Sitetracker Certifications.
