Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst. You lead discovery, translate business needs into clear specs and design practical Salesforce solutions that work across integrations and downstream systems. You dig into setup, data and APIs to find root causes, then guide delivery through UAT and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and requirements prioritization
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across data model, security, automation, and user experience
• Recommend declarative or programmatic approaches and document the rationale
• Trace cross-system issues across Salesforce, integrations, and downstream platforms to confirm root cause
• Build and configure Salesforce components to accelerate delivery when appropriate
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution for end-to-end scenarios
• Support release readiness including sandbox strategy, deployment planning, and data migration validation

Requirements

• Salesforce expertise across data model, security and sharing, Flow and declarative automation
• Business analysis capability to run discovery independently and shape ambiguous needs into clear outcomes
• Stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior business partners
• Solution design experience spanning Salesforce and integrated systems, including integration patterns and system-of-record decisions
• Technical literacy in Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to read and review code and collaborate with engineers
• Agile delivery experience using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Clear communication in written specs, diagrams and concise status updates
• Comfort working beyond Salesforce using tools such as Visual Studio Code and API clients like Postman, and learning unfamiliar platforms quickly

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities
• Integration experience with MuleSoft, platform events and authentication patterns
• Experience with DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
