We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, performance optimization, and enterprise integrations. This role requires a hands-on developer who can build scalable applications, optimize high-volume environments, and deliver innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.
• Optimize Lightning Web Components for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Build enterprise-grade frameworks for error handling, asynchronous processing, monitoring, and logging.
• Design and support high-volume integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop scalable solutions using Batch Apex, Queueables, and Platform Events.
• Perform code reviews and establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using Salesforce Event Monitoring and related tools.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile delivery practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect required.
• Strong expertise with:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Platform Events
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce DX
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, sharing models, and governor limits.
• Proven experience designing scalable asynchronous solutions and high-performance Salesforce applications.
• Strong MuleSoft experience, including API design and integration architecture.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Git, Copado, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and modern web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
• Azure AI or Generative AI certifications
• Telecommunications industry experience preferred
